How long does it take to process a refund?

For eligible products, i.e non-medicinal products, we process refunds immediately from our end, but these can take up to 3-5 working days to show up in your account and depend on your banking provider. 

For orders that have been cancelled whilst still pending, transactions will revert and disappear from your statements within 3-5 working days.
