If you are looking for a refund due to side effects or medical concerns please do reach out to our customer service team to discuss this.
As is standard with prescription medication we do not offer refunds for medication that are being processed by our pharmacy, or for orders that have have been dispatched or have already been delivered unless stated otherwise in our Terms of Service.
If our customer service team confirms that you are eligible for a refund, the process will be as follows:
- For eligible products ( non-medicinal products): Refunds are processed immediately but may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
For an order that is cancelled before the order has been approved by our clinicians the transaction will revert and disappear from your bank statement within 3-5 working days.
