Can I return non-medicinal products?

Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving a non-medicinal item.(Shampoo, Hair Vitamins)

Here’s how it works:

• The 14-day window begins the day after your item is delivered

• If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, the window starts after the final delivery

• Once your return the items we will process a full refund on the non-medicinal items.

Important exceptions:

• Sealed products cannot be returned once opened — unless they were delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect
