During early April bank holiday Royal Mail, our delivery partner, operates according to an altered collection and delivery schedule, which can affect when your treatment arrives. To make sure you still receive your weight-loss medication safely and without unnecessary wait times, we're moving orders that fall over the bank holiday to minimise disruption to your treatment.
These changes ensure your treatment isn't delayed and arrives as intended. This helps us avoid potential delivery backlogs, minimises the chance of breaking the cold chain, and allows us to speed up delivery wherever possible. The tables below show exactly how your Original Order Date may move during this period.
| Original Order Date | New Order Date |
| *2nd April | 1st April |
| *4th April | 6th April |
| 5th April | Shipped between 7th and 8th April |
*Only people whose delivery address is in Royal Mail's list of exclusion postcodes will get their orders moved from the 2nd and 4th April, you can find the list of exclusion postcodes here, just scroll down to post-codes and exceptions!
Weight-loss orders will not be dispensed on the 5th of April. All other orders will be dispensed on the 5th and dispatched on the following day
Will I receive my order on a different date?
If your renewal date falls around the Easter Period, you may receive your order earlier or later than usual, rest assured we will let you know in advance via email.
What if I need to adjust the timing?
No problem – if the early delivery doesn’t work for you, you can amend your next order date via the app or your online account (bear in mind we are not dispatching orders on the 5th April). To do this, tap the Move order date button and select the date you are looking for. Alternatively you can reply to the email notification or contact our support team. We’re happy to help!
