During the festive period, Royal Mail and other carriers experience delays, which can affect when your treatment arrives. To make sure you still receive your medication safely and without unnecessary wait times, we’re temporarily adjusting how orders are processed and dispatched.
These changes help us avoid holiday backlogs, speed up delivery where possible, and make sure your treatment doesn’t get held up in the system. The tables below show exactly how your Original Order Date may move during this period.
Key points:
- Our pharmacy is closed over the 25th and 26th, therefore new orders placed during these days, will be processed earliest on the 27th
- Orders dispatched during the Christmas period (22nd onwards) may experience delays
