I sent my blood test back but haven’t received my results

We know waiting for blood test results can feel frustrating, and we’re happy to help clarify where things are.

If it’s been less than 5 working days since you posted your sample

After posting your blood sample:

• Delivery to the lab usually takes 2 to 3 working days

• Once received, results can take up to 3 additional working days to be processed and uploaded

As soon as your results are ready, they’ll be available in your Patient Portal.

If you haven’t seen an update after 5 working days, please let us know so we can investigate this further with the lab.

How to view your results in the Patient Portal

Once your results are available, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Patient Portal using the email address linked to your blood test

2. Click “View All” to the right of the Progress section in the centre of the page

3. Scroll down until you see the Testosterone section

4. Click “View Progress” to the right of the Testosterone section

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see all of your previous blood test results
