To make sure we fully understand your natural testosterone levels, and to determine whether TRT would be safe and appropriate, we first need to confirm your baseline readings.
If you already have blood test showing low testosterone, that can be used as your first low reading. We’re happy to accept any recent tests you already have. To avoid repeating anything unnecessarily, please send us either a PDF copy or a clear photo of the printed results, making sure your name, date of birth, and date of the test are clearly visible.
We cannot accept screenshots, as these often don’t include all the information our clinical team needs for review.
Once we’ve received your results, we’ll review them against the specific markers required for TRT eligibility. If anything is missing, we'll let you know exactly what’s needed and guide you through the next steps.
If you don’t have previous low results, we’ll need you to pause any testosterone medication for about three months. This allows your body’s natural testosterone production to restart, giving us an accurate picture of your natural levels. After this period, you’ll start with a complimentary at-home blood test, followed by an Enhanced Testosterone Test if needed. These steps ensure your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your needs.
Once we have two confirmed low readings, you’ll be ready to move forward with a consultation with one of our TRT doctors.
If you’d like to chat through the process or ask any questions before sending your results, you can book a free call with one of our TRT Clinicians here:
