- Update your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your subscription. At MANUAL, we've made this process as straightforward as possible.
Here's how you can manage your subscription
- Visit www.manual.co/login
- Enter your login credentials
- Log into Your Account
- Navigate to Manage Plans
- Click on "Accounts" in the left-hand menu
- Select "Manage Plans"
- View Your Subscriptions
- Here you'll see a list of all your existing subscriptions
How to Cancel Your Subscription?
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
- Once you've completed the cancellation flow you'll receive an email to confirm your subscription has been cancelled.
- To avoid unwanted charges or deliveries, remember to cancel your subscription before your next order is processed.
- Cancelling your subscription will stop all future orders, but it will not cancel any orders that have already been processed.
Exceptions
- If an order has already been generated and you have been charged, you will not be able to cancel this order and will be shipped as per our standard timeline.
