How do subscriptions work at MANUAL?

MANUAL treatments run on a flexible subscription, so you don’t need to reorder manually and can stay consistent with your plan.

Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency (30, 90, 180, or 360 days).  

You’ll see your renewal schedule at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your account.

We’ll send a reminder email a few days before your next renewal
(monthly Hair Loss plans renew without reminders).

To make sure you don’t miss important updates:

• Check your spam or promotions folder
• Add help@manual.co to your contacts
• Make sure your email is up to date in your account

If the subscription is renewed, you can log in to your Manual account to review your subscription details under the "Manage Plans and Orders" section.

To cancel, simply log in to your account, navigate to "Account", "Manage plan and orders" and select "Cancel." Make sure you cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
