My subscription expired, how can I renew it?

Your subscription automatically renews when it reaches its expiration date.

How It Works:

• Before renewal, you’ll receive an email update asking if there are any changes to your health.
• If there are no updates from you, your subscription will be renewed for another 12 months.

What If My Subscription Expires?

• If your subscription has already expired, it’s under review by our clinicians.
• There’s no need to worry—we’ll update you as soon as your renewal is processed.
