How do I cancel my subscription?

We understand plans can change, so cancelling your subscription is simple — just follow these steps:
 

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in at manual.co
2. Click on Account > Manage Plans and Orders
3. Select the plan you want to cancel
4. Click Cancel and follow the prompts

Once cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please cancel before your next order is processed to avoid charges.
 

Important reminders:

• Cancelling your subscription will stop future orders
• It won’t cancel any order that’s already been approved or dispatched
• TRT plans cannot be cancelled directly through your account; please email trt@manual.co for help cancelling a TRT plan
