When Will I Be Charged for My Order?

Payment Timing

• You will be charged once your order is approved by our clinical team.
• Future charges will occur every 28, 30, 90, or 180 days, depending on your subscription plan.
• Your charges will not always fall on the same day of the month as your initial payment.

Examples

• Hair Loss Plan (Quarterly):

  • Order placed: 22nd November 2024
  • Next charge: 20th February 2025

• Weight Loss Plan (Monthly):

  • Order placed: 17th November 2024
  • Next charge: 15th December 2024
  • Following charge: 14th January 2025

Payment Issues
If there’s an issue with your payment, you will receive an email notification every other day for at least 28 days to help resolve it.
