• Once our clinicians approve your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details.

Dispatch and tracking:

• Stay Updated: As soon as your order leaves our pharmacy, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.
• Easy Tracking Anytime: You can also log into your account anytime to check your order status, see when it’s been approved and dispatched, and access your tracking link.

Your account:

• Log into your account to view detailed information about your current and past orders, including confirmation and dispatch statuses.

Important tips:

• Check your spam/junk folder: There's a chance our emails might be redirected to your spam or junk folder. If you haven't seen an expected email from us, please look there
