It depends which part is missing, because the kit contains two separate things and they do different jobs. In every case below, any replacement test is free of charge.
If the returns label is missing and you have already posted the sample
The returns label is what the laboratory scans to match your sample to your account. Without it they cannot identify whose sample it is, so unfortunately it cannot be tested and your result will not appear. Please contact us and we will send you a replacement kit free of charge so you can take a new sample.
If the returns label is missing and you have not posted yet
Do not post it. Contact us and we will email you a PDF copy of your returns label to print and attach. You will not need to repeat the test.
If the sample return form is missing
This is the form that records the date and time you took your sample, and it is a different sheet from the returns label. If only the form is missing, your sample can usually still be tested. We will ask you for either a photo of the completed form, or simply the date and time you collected the sample.
Once we have that, your result can be reviewed as normal, though the doctor may interpret it with a little more caution. The timing matters because testosterone is highest in the morning, and the time your sample was taken affects whether the reading can be used.
If you are not able to tell us when the sample was taken, we will send you a replacement kit free of charge, because without the collection time there is no safe way to interpret the result.
What to do now
Email us at trt@manual.co and tell us what is missing and whether you have already posted the sample. We will sort it out from there. There is no charge for a replacement in any of these situations.
