How can I view my blood test results?

Once your results are ready, they appear in the Voy app and in your online account.

In the Voy app: go to Progress, open your blood test results and select the test. You will see your doctor's note and the full list of markers, and you can download a PDF copy from there.

On the website: log in with the email address you signed up with, go to Account, then Progress, and click "View my results". PDFs cannot be downloaded from the website.

Results are usually ready within 5 working days of posting your sample. If it has been longer and nothing is showing, email trt@manual.co or call 020 4538 8411 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and we'll check where your sample is.
