How is my order packaged and shipped?

Your privacy is really important to us, and we take great care to make sure every order is sent discreetly and securely.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside to indicate what’s inside. Your medication will arrive either in sealed sachets or child-resistant bottles, depending on the treatment, to ensure safety and freshness.

The postage label will include standard sender information and a return address, as required for delivery, but this is kept neutral and does not reveal the contents of your package in any way.

Once your order has been dispatched from our pharmacy (by 16:30), we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey and know exactly when to expect it.
