What happens when you request cancellation?
When you contact us to request cancellation via email at trt@manual.co or call us at 020 3912 9885 (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00):
A member of our team will place your subscription on pause straight away.
This means no further payments will be taken while we review your request.
We’ll then get in touch to better understand your reasons and discuss any available options with you.
If, after discussing everything, you still wish to cancel, we’ll support you with the next steps.
We’re here to make sure you feel confident and supported in whatever decision you make.
