I've been charged for my subscription but haven't received any medication

Your subscription payment doesn't generate an order. We do not dispense and dispatch medication automatically, these must be requested via the order form. 
 
Your subscription payment enters you into a minimum three-month contract.
 
This monthly fee covers:

• All prescribed medications listed in your plan.
• Injection supplies (needles, torbac water for HCG, sharps bin, alcohol swabs).
• Regular blood tests – at 3 months, 6 months, and every 6 months thereafter, including a complimentary clinic visit for venous blood samples. A nurse home visit is available for an additional £35 (subject to availability in your area).
• Doctor consultations following blood tests.
• Ongoing support from our team (response within 48 hours).
• Doctor letters (e.g., for your GP or travel purposes).

Medication & Supply Orders
 
Please make sure to use the online order form, as it keeps a detailed digital record of the ordered medications.
 
For Cypionate, we would suggest to place a new order when the liquid in the vial is level with the bottom of the label. 
 
After placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation. 
 
We'll order and dispatch your medication as soon as possible. Please note that this process does not always occur on the same day, as our doctor must review, approve, and sign your prescription before it can be sent to our pharmacy. The pharmacy will aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours (during working days) of receiving the approved prescription. So you can expect that there may be a few days between placing your order and receiving it.
