When you’re running low on medication, you’ll need to place an order through your account using the "Order Now" button, as we don’t automatically dispatch medication.

Enanthate, Anastrozole, Tamoxifen, and Tadalafil are no longer available via the portal if you are on an All-In-One membership (blood tests included) plan. If you’d like to reorder any of these, please contact our patient team:

- If you are on a plan where you pay separately for blood tests, please continue using the order form in the portal for these medications.
What happens next:
- Your doctor will review and approve your prescription.
- Once approved, the pharmacy will usually dispatch your order within 24–48 working hours.
Please note there may be a short delay between placing your order and receiving your medication due to this approval process.

Yes. There is no reorder facility, link or page on the website - so how do you do this beyond calling the phone number?
