Questions for our clinical team

If you're a MANUAL patient with a medical question:

• Sign in to your MANUAL account, go to the Messages tab and send the clinical team a message. They aim to reply within 24 hours.
• Or, if you're having side effects or want to talk about your treatment plan, call 020 4538 8411 and press option 3 to speak to a clinician (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00)

Urgent medical help

If you need medical advice quickly outside our opening hours, call NHS 111. If you're having a severe reaction to your medication, call 999.
