MANUAL is now Voy! 

We’ve learned so much from supporting our customers over the past few years, so we’re rebranding to bring all our health services under one roof. It’ll soon be simpler for you to access expert-led care in weight loss, hormones and beyond, all in one place. Starting with our Weight Loss service.

We'll be reaching out to all of our Weight Loss patients throughout April 2026 - here's a break down of everything you need to know. 

What’s staying the same

• Your treatment will continue as normal, with the same medication, treatment plan 
• The same team committed to your goals, just under a different brand, joinvoy.com. 
• The same price, or cheaper (depending on dose) 
• Any existing credit in your wallet will be transferred to your Voy wallet

The Voy app - designed to support you with your medication. Including 

• Meal tracking
• Dose management
• Step tracking
• Weight analysis
• Nutrition tips
• Webinars
• Access to our AI chat feature Joy, as well as our team of experts
• Task management 
   

What’s changing 

• Our branding, look out for you medication in our new branded boxes. 
• Improved subscription order date management 
• Percentage based discounts will be converted into pounds within your Voy wallet
• Access to our expert team within the Voy app (we’ll no longer be using Whatsapp)
