Can I get a copy of my medical records?

Absolutely. You’re always entitled to access your personal and medical information.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, including your medical records. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR).

If you’d like a copy, simply get in touch with us at help@manual.co and our friendly support team will be happy to help. To keep your information safe, we may ask you to confirm your identity before sharing anything.

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide your records within the required timeframe (usually within one month). If anything means it might take a little longer, we’ll let you know and keep you updated along the way.
