Once you've joined MANUAL and completed our medical questionnaire, our Clinical Team will carefully review your responses to ensure our treatments are safe and suitable for you.

Conditions That May Affect Eligibility

Our treatments may not be suitable for people with the following conditions:

• Liver, kidney, or heart failure
• Pancreatitis
• Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
• Cancer
• Type 1 diabetes or diabetic retinopathy
• Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer
• History of eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)
• Gallbladder issues
• Inflammatory bowel disease or gastroparesis
• Allergies to any active ingredients or excipients in our medications
