It’s up to you how often you exercise, however given the benefits, we recommend trying to increase your activity levels - whether that’s with a daily walk or something more strenuous - and when you’re ready, we have easy-to-follow, PT-designed workouts that can help you get fit.
We recommend the home workout plan for anyone starting out on their exercise journey, and the gym plan for those who are more familiar with strength-based training. Our demo videos will show you how to do all of the exercises correctly, so that you learn the proper techniques.
If you choose the gym workout plan, your standard gym should have all the equipment you need. If you choose the home workout plan, you’ll need some basic equipment including some dumbbells and resistance bands.
