How does Power Shampoo work?

Contains ingredients that have been associated with stimulating hair follicles and maximising your hair health. The main hero ingredients are Caffeine, Saw Palmetto and Biotin.

Independent in-vitro studies suggest Caffeine inhibits the effects of testosterone on hair growth, promotes hair shaft elongation and promotion of the hair growth phase. It also has roles in modulating gene expression, notably increasing the growth factor expression and dampening down the expression of growth inhibitor genes.

Saw Palmetto in-vitro studies has been shown to reduce the DHT levels which are a significant factor in causing male hair loss. While Biotin is known to help with the production of keratin, the building blocks of a healthy head of hair.

We use Coco-Glucoside, which is derived from coconut and fruit sugars, and Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate because it’s gentler on the skin. Our glycerin helps hair retain moisture and gives it a thicker and smoother sheen. Hydrolyzed wheat protein also does the job of helping strengthen hair. Combined with natural extracts of Ginger, Olive oil and Sage this all contributes to a really premium shampoo.
