As we note in our Terms of Sale, orders for prescription medication can only be cancelled before they’ve been approved by one of our clinicians.
Pharmacies are not authorised to resell returned medication. In addition to this, prescription medication is exempt from returns under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as consumers don’t have the right to cancel a contract under the following circumstances:
13. (1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts;
(c) for the supply of good made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Non-prescription items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Return the items unopened and in the original packaging. Please either mark the parcel as "Return to Sender" and leave for Royal Mail to collect and return to us or drop off to the Post Office as an 'untracked return'. Please make sure not to cover the reference number starting with "S-....". and confirm once done.
Please contact our Customer Care team on help@manual.co or phone 020 4538 8411 (Mon-Fri 9-5:30).
