Can I return the medication?

As outlined in our Terms of Sale, cancellations can only be made before your prescription is approved by our clinician. Once the prescription has been approved, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a return of prescription-only items.

Prescription Medication and Returns

• Prescription medication is exempt from returns under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
• According to the regulations, consumers cannot cancel a contract for goods that are:
  • Made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized
  • Likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Once your prescription is approved, your order will be processed and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before approval to ensure it is correct.
