How to Upload my ID?

Sometimes, our clinicians may ask you to provide identification to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility for treatment. This is a standard procedure to ensure patient safety and compliance with medical regulations.

You can upload your ID in one of the following ways:

1. Through your account: Log in to your account and complete the ID verification task there.
2. Via support chat: Go to your account, navigate to the Support section, send a message to your clinician, and click the paperclip icon to upload your ID.
3. By email: Send a clear photo of your ID to help@manual.co.
