What dosage do you offer for Medicated Weight Loss treatments?

At MANUAL, we ensure your weight loss treatment is both safe and effective. Here’s what you need to know about dosages:

Starter Dosage for First-Time Orders

All weight loss treatments begin at the starter dosage to ensure a safe and effective introduction. Your treatment will then titrate gradually according to your personalised plan, helping to optimise results while minimising side effects.

Starting at a Higher Dose

If you’ve already started Wegovy or Mounjaro with another provider, you may be eligible to begin at a higher dosage.

Here’s what to do during the eligibility questions

1. Confirm your current medication when asked about GLP-1 treatments.
2. Use the text box in the question "Are you taking any other medications, including GLP-1s?" and share your current medication and dosage.

At checkout, you’ll see the lowest dose, but we’ll amend your order once you provide evidence of your existing prescription.

How to Provide Proof of Your Current Prescription

After placing your order:

1. Log into your MANUAL account
2. Go to your Support page
3. Scroll down to 'Speak to Medical Team' and select "Message"
4. Upload a photo of your medication by clicking the paperclip icon

Your evidence must include:

• Your full legal name
• The medication name
• The dosage
• The prescription approval date

Accepted Forms of Evidence

• Screenshot of your NHS record
• Consultant letter
• Photo of the prescription label on your medication box
• Prescription confirmation email from an online provider
