What dosage do you offer for Medicated Weight Loss treatments?

For Wegovy and Mounjaro, you can start on a higher dosage if you've already begun your treatment with another provider. Here's what you need to know:

Starting at a Higher Dose

1. During our eligibility questions, confirm that you're taking GLP-1 medication.
2. When asked "Are you taking any other medications, including GLP-1s?", use the text box later in the questionnaire to share your current medication and dosage.

At checkout, you'll see the lowest dose, but we'll amend your order once you provide evidence of your current prescription.

Providing Evidence of Your Current Prescription

After placing your order:

1. Log into your MANUAL account
2. Go to your Support page
3. Scroll down to 'Speak to Medical Team' and select "Message"
4. Upload a photo of your medication by clicking the paperclip icon

The evidence should include:

• Your legal name
• Name of the medication
• The dosage
• The date the prescription was approved

Acceptable forms of evidence include:

• Screenshot of your NHS record
• Consultant letter
• Photo of the prescription label on your medication box
• Prescription confirmation email from an online provider
